I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas (#18504, Texas State
Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors).
I hold a B.A. in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. I
also earned a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from Houston Baptist University in
Houston, Texas. I received my clinical training at U.T. M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in
Houston, Texas.
I serve the Chambers County (Mont Belvieu, Dayton, Liberty, Anahuac) and Harris County
(Houston and Baytown) communities. My office is located in the Mont Belvieu area
(approximately 30-35 minutes from downtown Houston).
I am a native Houstonian, and an active member of Houston Counseling Association, Texas
Counseling Association, Texas Psychological Association, and The West Chambers County
Chamber of Commerce. I currently serve on the Alumnae Association Board (AAB) at Stephens
College. I am also an active member of The Junior League of Houston, Inc.
I am also affiliated with Give an Hour, an organization that focuses on the psychological needs
of military personnel and their families who are being affected by the current military conflicts in
Afghanistan and Iraq.
